First Classes of New Season
We ask for your patience in the first month of a new season. Classes may be full, students may need to be moved to a more appropriate class for their age and skill. We work hard to be sure that everyone is in the appropriate class for the best season outcome for our student.

Student Conferences
A student conference can be scheduled at any time outside of working class hours. We always welcome student questions and concerns. While you want the best for your child, we want the best for our student.

Tuition
Our September-May full season program is broken into affordable monthly payments for the convenience of our students and families. There will be no extra charge for a 5 week month. Tuition will not be discounted for any 3 week month. There will be no tuition reduction for any classes missed.

Payments
Cash or Check accepted at studio during operating hours. Be sure to obtain receipt for cash payments for your records. Online Payment can be made from credit cards by visiting our Online Payment link on website home page. All class fees are due at the first of each month. A late charge of 10.00 will be applied to any payments received after the 5th of every month. A 25.00 charge will be applied for any returned checks. You may mail payments to our PO Box address. Mailed payments must be post marked by the 5th of the month to avoid late charge.

Dress Code
Everyone participating in a class must wear appropriate dance attire, including shoes. Students should not wear any clothing that will restrict flexibility. No jeans/skirts at any time. Hair should be pulled out of face by clips or pony tail. Shoes will be in stock for purchase. Appropriate shoes must be purchased by November.

Observation
Parents are encouraged to visit the last class of the month for the last 10 minutes of the class. Any questions may be answered at the end of the class. Observation will not available for the month of May. Be sure to check the google calendar for any question on parent observation dates.

Showcase and Costumes
There will be a showcase held weekend before Memorial Day weekend in May for our North Vernon students and families. Seymour location will be announced as soon as venue is secured. A showcase fee of $15.00 per family will be due with May's class fees to help cover show expenses and keep admission open for family. We strongly encourage students to be a part of as many studio functions as possible.
Costumes ARE required for our show. They can range anywhere from 50.00 to 70.00 depending on age, make, and company. Costume deposit of 25.00 will be added to accounts by November 1st and the remainder will be due by January 1st. Any costume payments not paid by January 1st will not be ordered.

Class Withdrawal
If a student prefers not to continue with classes, we must be informed in writing by the 1st of the new month or you will be responsible for additional tuition billing that may occur. No exceptions.

Closings and Cancellations
The studio will be closed for Thanksgiving Day, Winter Break, and Spring Break and will follow location's school corporation closings. Student breaks and inclement weather policy follows Jennings County School Corporation and Jackson County School Corporation. If there is no school due to inclement weather, classes will be canceled. If school is dismissed early due to weather, classes will be canceled. If there is a delay, then the studio classes will be in session with no class time adjustments. If bad weather starts during class ours, attendance is at your discretion, however, attendance will not affect your monthly bill. Any closings will be posted on our Facebook page. Email alerts will go out email addresses on file. Make up classes will not be scheduled.
